Easy 10 this morning. Lots of wind today. I've decided to take a new approach to my running. I've had a few things bothering me like my achilles and my plantar acting up and I thought about cutting mileage, but I think the real trick is just lowering the intensity of my runs except for my speed/tempo days. I've been doing this the last few days and things seem to be better. Still if anyone has any opinions/suggestions on this let me know.
Nice 8 and a quarter today up around the dikes. Saw my professor up there walking her dogs. I felt pretty good today, kept the pace right around a 6:50 av/mile.
