AM- Track workout. I figured it was time to get back to the mile repeats so I did a mile warm up, stretched then right into 3x1600M. Times were 5:26,5:23, and 5:16. I felt pretty good. I know I can hit these faster though if I have someone to run them with. I cooled down 2 miles after. Will probably get out for at least another 3 to get 10 on the day. PM- Had to clean my buddy's Dad's store tonight, so I ran there, cleaned then ran home. 3.3 miles
